Welcome! My name is Mandy Parmeter and I'm a professional costume designer with over 20 years of experience in costume design, patterning, crafts, construction, makeup, wig styling, and education. I focus on  comprehensive designs and costumes that are both visually stunning and functional. I thrive on creativity, process, and quality.
